In this hands-on workshop, you will join the experts at Miller Plant Farm to create your own planter filled with homegrown succulents while learning how to keep your new plant babies happy in your home.
During this 45-minute class we will assist you in plant selection, and teach you how to take care of your plants so you can enjoy them all season long. There is a flat workshop fee of $15 to attend this event which includes soil, stones, and instruction. You choose whether to recycle your own shallow container (6-8" diameter with a depth of 3-4"), or purchase one of ours (upon arrival.) Plants will be selected and paid for during your workshop time. Clean, outside containers are welcome at this event. You will leave this class with your creation, succulent care instruction, and the knowledge you will need to recreate this project!
Workshop fee of $15.00 includes soil, stones, and instruction. All supplies must be obtained at Miller Plant Farm at the time of the workshop. Outside items are not permitted, with the exception of a recycled container with a 6-8" diameter and a depth of 3-4" to be used for the planting. Gardening gloves are recommended. Should the container you bring in from home be larger than the preferred size, additional supplies (soil and stones) will be available for purchase. In order to allow for sufficient workspace, we ask that only registered participants attend the event. This is a standing workshop. If you require a chair for this event, please make this request upon registration. By attending this workshop, I am granting permission to Miller Plant Farm Inc. to use any pictures or likenesses of me secured at the event in any way they see fit without review, restriction, or compensation. Space is limited and registration (either in-store or online) is required. In the event that minimum attendance is not reached, you will be notified in advance and refunded of all charges to your original payment method. Workshop fee is non-transferrable & non-refundable.
