Terms of service

All online orders must be picked up at Miller Plant Farm. Delivery is not an option. Online pickups are available Monday-Saturday. Orders will be available to be picked up within 24 business hours, and must be picked up within 48 hours of receiving the notice that your order is ready. Online orders are subject to an online processing fee. 

Inventory is constantly changing, so orders are subject to availability. Substitutions may be offered. 

Customer agrees, by accepting these terms and conditions, which the images used on our site's product pages, are representative of what the product they purchased will look like when it reaches the age of maturity, and may not be what they will be receiving with their order. Plants may be shown in decorative containers for display purposes only. All plants are provided in plastic nursery containers unless otherwise specified.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to any orders cancelled within 24 hours of pickup time. Any orders not picked up within 48 hours of being notified that your order is ready for pickup will be put back on the shelves, and a refund will not be provided.

All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt. Products without a receipt will not be accepted. Items returned in saleable condition will be returned by method paid. Items returned in unsalable condition will be replaced or store credit issued. We reserve the right to refuse used or damage merchandise. Sale merchandise are final sale. Gifts and Hardgoods - 1 month from purchase 
Trees, Shrubs, and Perennials - 6 months from purchase
Tropical and Houseplant - 1 month from purchase
Annual Flowers and Hanging Baskets - 1 week from purchase

**We can not be responsible for plants that are subject to physical injury, neglect, or extreme natural conditions.
