Yellow hot pepper with smooth, 5.5" x 1.5" waxy fruits tapering to a point. Thick-fleshed for frying. Peppers change from yellow to orange to red, and make the prettiest pickled peppers. Definitely, but not overly, hot. Scoville Rating: 3,000-6,000 heat units. Available in a single 3" pot.
