Locally made Spring Valley black and brown colored mulch is double ground and produced from aged pallet material. Starburst Brown is a very dark chocolate brown and Starburst Black, our top selling color, is the darkest black available.
$39 Delivery is available throughout York County for all bulk mulch orders of 5+ scoops and is automatically applied in your final price shown in your cart. Our truck is capable of holding 10 scoops per truckload. **1 scoop = 1/2 cubic yard**
