Kalanchoe are a unique succulent with an upright/ bushy growth habit that create a unique accent to succulent planters.
Location- If indoors place plant in a bright sunny location with direct sunlight. If plant does not get enough light indoors it can stretch or become leggy. If out doors Kalanchoe will tolerate Full to Part Sun during the summer months. Make sure to protect from heavy rain outdoors.
Container- It is best to plant in a container with drainage and use a well drained potting media such as out Miller Plant Farm Potting Mix or Organic Mechanics Cacti and Succulent Blend.
Kalanchoe beharensis- 10-16' tall and 6-12' wide at maturity, in it's natural environment. Green to yellow flowers. native to Madagascar.
Kalanchoe b. 'Variegated'- Rare, variegated leaf form of Kalanchoe beharensis. Variegation more prevalent with age and light.
Kalanchoe 'Fang'- 2-3' tall and 1-2' wide. Pale Yellow Flowers. Hybrid of Kalanchoe beharensis and tomentosa.
Kalanchoe marnieriana- 1-2' high and 2-3' wide at maturity. Rose flower in winter/spring. Native to Madagascar.
Kalanchoe synsepala- 20" Tall. Pink Flowers. Native to Madagascar.
Kalanchoe gastonis-bonnieri- 1-2' tall and wide. Salmon Flowers in Fall/Winter. Native to Madagascar.
Kalanchoe 'Flap Jacks'- 1-2.25' tall and 1-1.5' wide. Yellow flowers. Native to South Africa.
Kalanchoe tomentosa 'Chocolate Soldier'- 1-3' tall and 2-3' wide. Green flower in Summer. Native to Madagascar.
Kalanchoe pumila- 1' tall and 2-3' wide at maturity. Pink flowers in Winter/Spring. Native to Madagascar.
